Roland, a principal dentist at North Ringwood Dental Group. Roland is dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care. A 1988 graduate of the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Dental Science, he offers over three decades of experience and expertise to his patients. Fluent in both English and Polish, Roland takes pride in serving the Ringwood North community. Roland creates a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel at ease. Dr. Chris, a principal dentist at North Ringwood Dental Group, brings over three decades of expertise and dedication to patient care. A graduate of the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Dental Science in 1985, Chris finds great satisfaction in building lasting relationships with local families, understanding their dental needs, and helping patients of all ages feel comfortable and cared for. His dedication has been a cornerstone of the practice's success. Dr Uyen Tran
Uyen graduated from The University of Melbourne in 1997 with a Bachelor of Dental Science and brings a meticulous eye for detail to her work. She excels in enhancing both the aesthetics and function of patients' smiles. Uyen’s care philosophy “to provide the best possible care to suit every patient’s individual circumstances” centre's around delivering the best possible treatment tailored to each individual’s circumstances and budget. Her comprehensive dental services include restorations, extractions, periodontal care, and routine root canal treatments, along with crowns and bridges for natural teeth and implants. For those seeking affordable aesthetic solutions, Uyen offers composite restorations and veneers.
In addition to English, Uyen is fluent in Vietnamese and French. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her family, walking her Japanese Spitz, caring for her pet chickens, Latin dancing, gardening, and reading.

Ariel graduated with Honors in Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Melbourne in 2010. Passionate about preventative care, she is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to her patients. Renowned for her gentle and understanding approach, Ariel strives to make even the most anxious patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits.
As a strong advocate for regular check-ups and cleanings, she collaborates with her patients to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.
Outside of her practice, Ariel cherishes her time with family, enjoying adventures together. In her free time, she loves playing the piano, baking delicious treats, and reading.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Shanghainese, Ariel connects effortlessly with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and understood in her care.
